Hello together,

i have created an export link in a menu. Sadly after klicking the link i get an error 500. I have attached some screenshots showing the configuration and the error.

Joomla 4.3.2 and CSVI 8.8.0 is in use. Also Virtuemart 4.0.22 is installed. The export-link is a product export from virtuemart

I hope there is a solution? :)

Thanks in advance
Björn

Hello Björn,
I am assuming this error is again caused by AwoCoupon like in your previous post but now on frontend. Can you please check with them if they can adjust code for frontend too?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hi Tharuna,

thank's for you reply. This was also my first thought, so i deactivated the Awo Coupon plugins, components and module to test this. But the error 500 still appears. So i checked the Extension Rupostel Onepage Checkout (OPC) and deactivated it. Then the error changed to another error (screenshots attached), which is obviously caused by Awo Coupon, because after deactivating Awo, the frontend export-link works.

So i will contact OPC and Awo Coupon to exclude com_csvi from their code.

Thanks for your hint!
