Resolved Couldnt create thumb, file not found

Good evening,
After checking several threads of the forum and verifying the options of configuration of the insole, I do not manage to verify the problem of my mistake.

I am using Joomla 3.8.3 with Virtuemart 3.2.8.

In my file csv in the field file_url have the nameofmyimage.jpg and in the field file_url_thumb have resized/nameofmyimage.jpg

When I raise the product to Virtuemart the image is seen correctly, but the miniature is not raised.
In the options of my insole I have activated the option of " Process image " YES and " Automatic Thumbnail creation " YES
The mistake that receipt is: vmError: Couldnt believe you thumb, file not found/var/www/vhost/http://faniva.net/home/html/images/stories/virtuemart/product/K9KE628_D087959_360_1.jpg In the options of my insole

I do not deal why this happens, because I have verified and my image is raised correctly in this route

Does someone know what I am doing badly?

The problem is solved

The error was "Cannot create thumbnail because the thumbnail is bigger than the maximum size set for creating thumbnails. The maximum width is set to 1024 and the maximum height is 768 but the image has a width of 1800 and a height of 1200. To change these settings edit your import template and go to the Image tab and make sure the advanced button is clicked to show these options. You can change the Maximum width resize and the Maximum height resize".

I have change these options and all correct.
