Hello.
FTP connection could not be established.
Error: Folder /public_html not found on FTP server

but I did not change any settings. previously worked. My ftp information is correct. what should i check?

In your export template settings on Source tab where you have entered your FTP details, when you click on Test FTP details button, what do you see?
