Hello,
i love your CSVI, it works perfect on every site.
I have problem after the last update with this error. He always imported 20 lines and then stopped. I deleted some lines, and out some of the 20 - 25 lines in the first lines, so line 21 is a different article. I always get this error, and it worked fine before.
I have the newest version of virtuemart and CSVI 8, Joomla 3.9.
I send you the data, log and template.

I hope you can help me.

Thank you for the files. It is possible there is an error but it does not show up completely and just shows as Could not find template "isis" error.

Two ways to check the details of the error

1. Turn on error reporting from System -> Global Configuration from Server tab. Set error reporting to Development and run the import. See if you get details of error.
2. Check server error logs and see if there are details of the error in error logs.

I found the error. I had the server on php8. i put him on 7.4. now it works fine. So if i change to Joomla 4, CSVI does not work anymore?

I found the error. I had the server on php8. i put him on 7.4. now it works fine.

There should be some error coming with PHP 8 version and that is the reason I asked to check server error logs. If you can find the details of error then it will be easy for us to help you fix it.

So if i change to Joomla 4, CSVI does not work anymore?

RO CSVI works with Joomla 4. There is no problem with that.

As for your import error, there must be a combination of factors that causes the error because the debug log you posted shows the first 20 records processed just fine. That is where it stops because by default RO CSVI only logs the first 20 records. Can you go to the Templates list and click on the Options button and then in the general configuration set the number of lines in log file to 5000 and save the changes.

After that please run your import and post the new debug log. That should at least tell us which record is causing the error and I know where to start looking.
