Resolved Converting template from Virtuemart 3 to 4

Hey,

Im trying to import my templates to CSVI installed on Joomla 4 / Virtuemart 4, however i get the following error:

An error occured processing the records. The error occured is shown below if available. Additionally check your server log for any errors or warnings.{"error":true,"code":0,"message":"Argument 1 passed to Com_CsviMaintenance::reformatTemplateSettings() must be of the type array, null given, called in \/home\/hosting/domains\/yeye.nll\/public_html\/plugins\/csviaddon\/csvi\/com_csvi\/model\/maintenance.php on line 2240"}

Any hints available?

Pease send the template XML file you are trying to restore in Joomla 4.

Hello,
Thank you for sending the requested file. There was unwanted HTML in the XML file and that was creating the error. Please try the restore with attached modified template XML file.

Hi Tharuna,

That seemed to have done the trick.

However, now we get the following error:

Cannot set the query type to "insert" as the query type is already set to "select". You should either call the `clear()` method to reset the type or create a new query object.

We found in the logs that its some issue with selecting / writing to the manufacturers_name table in Virtuemart. Log is attached, can you check? It seems to be okay when we manually create the MF in Virtuemart.

Hello,
Cannot set the query type to "insert" as the query type is already set to "select". You should either call the `clear()` method to reset the type or create a new query object.

This is a known issue and has been fixed already. Please load the patch file from the thread here and then run the import. Error should be solved with the patch file. Also this fix will be included in upcoming RO CSVI release.
