Hello,
This is possibly due to a Virtuemart or Joomla upgrade: a template for exporting orders that worked correctly before, now shows empty columns.
I updated the available fields and remade the fields list of the template, but no success.
Any idea?

Hello,
Have you updated your CSVI VirtueMart addon to 7.3.1 version? You can find this version in CSVI Downloads page and in CSVI Pro Extensions section. There is a fix done for VirtueMart order export having empty fields in that version. Can you update and do the export?

Hello,

The debug log shows nothing out of the ordinary. Can you export your template and post it here for me to test? You can create a backup of the template via the Maintenance menu and then select CSVI and then Backup template.

I will run the export here with your template and see what happens.

Which VM version are you running?
