Hey Tharuna and Roland,
We moved behind Cloudlfare this week to mitigate some issues, however we get an error when uploading products.
Our error.log ends with
[Wed Dec 18 18:19:12.262094 2024] [lsapi:warn] [pid 1043310:tid 139979699021568] [client x.x.x.x] [host youknow.nl] Backend log: PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$operation in /home/x/domains/x.nl/public_html/plugins/csvirules/fieldcombine/fieldcombine.php on line 241\n, referer: https://x.x/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=import
I cannot find anything within cloudflare Firewall logs, so its not hitting any of our rules based on the ray id, however i do see the HTTP520 in Cloudflare:
520 Origin Error
So that seems to be *something* on our end. Have you seen this before? What more info would you like?

Hello,
You must be having a combine plugin linked to template field. Can you resave the combine rule and see if this warning is gone?
Yes it is server related error. From what I learnt 520 error comes when there connection issue from source. Are you importing remote images with products? Check if that is causing this error.

Hi,
The combine rule is not the issue, when we split up the importfile, all works fine
We are not importing images from remote, we always use ftp later to upload those.
What do you mean with "From what I learnt 520 error comes when there connection issue from source"?
Thanks!

Hi,
Let us know.

The combine rule is not the issue, when we split up the importfile, all works fineIn other words, there is nothing wrong with the server or the software running on it. The warning you posted is just that, a warning, not a fatal error so it is not what stops the import.
520 Origin ErrorThis is not a standard HTTP error but one created by Cloudflare and I see it is described as:
A 520 status code is related to Cloudflare. It is used by Cloudflare as a catch-all response for when the origin server sends something unexpected. It might be caused by some technical issues on the website. However, it can also be caused if your requests do not contain the required data that the website is expecting. So make sure that you are including all the required headers (CORS, Referrer, Auth) in your requests. We are not Cloudflare experts either so we will have to guess as to why Cloudflare throws that error. My first question would be, can you see the URL and payload that Cloudflare fails on? Why does Cloudflare suddenly consider the requests to be an error? Does Cloudflare have anything to say about this?
Let us know.
Kind regards,
RolandD

Hi,
I was not expecting you to be cloudflare experts, i was merely trying to gather more information, it may help other customers as well.
Earlier, i had some more information but did not save it. Once we can run an update and receive this, i can provide more info. However, im expecting there to just be some timeout. I'll keep you updated!

Hi,
Did you have any timeout issue before you switched to Cloudflare or the problem only started once you switched to Cloudflare? It might be something with the long running time perhaps that Cloudflare does not like.

Im kind of figuring that its due to a timeout. In that case we need to speed up the update ;-)
We did not have these issues before moving to cloudflare
We're about to run an update to see the results.

Hi,
So the update solved issue with import? If so, can we set this topic to resolved? You can create a new topic for any new issue.
