Resolved Clear booked stock Virtuemart

Hi

Have looked at available fields with no luck. I need to reset stock on a site. However there is booked / ordered stock that is not being cleared when new stock is added. I am now getting items showing as sold out because of this. eg New stock level is 15 but previously 30 were ordered so item reflects as out of stock. Is there a field on import that can set the figure back to zero?

Hey Tony,

Not sure but I think you can set the field product_ordered to 0 and that may fix the stock levels. If not, you probably need to check with Virtuemart if it is a stored number or a calculated number.
