Hi,

Trying to export anything, I get this message:

An error has occurred.
0 Class 'CsviHelperfields' not found

I now reinstalled the latest version, but it made no difference. So I don't think it's just a corrupt file.

Thanks,
Ralf

Now I tried a different export template, result:

An error has occured during the export. Below the information received from the server.
Status error: 500

Hello Ralf,

The info you have provided is very little to go on I am afraid.

Trying to export anything
Do you mean all exports give this problem? There are dozens of places where this file is used, so not knowing which export you are doing doesn't narrow it down. There are also dozens of exports. Did you assign any template fields to this template?

0 Class '\csvi\com_csvi\model\export\0' not found
Now I am going to guess that this is a custom table export looking at the error. The 0 suggest an operation has not been chosen for this template. So edit the template and choose which table you would like to export. Assuming you have already assigned the fields you want to export. Otherwise you will need to add the fields as well otherwise CSVI has no clue what you want to export.

Perhaps create a new export template and see if that works out. I get the idea these export templates are not configured correctly. The other thing you can do is install the example templates from the maintenance menu.

Let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,

RolandD

I tried a couple of others, they all seem to be broken in differnt ways, giving different error messages. When opening a template to edit, it switches from 'export' to 'import'. Creepy. But when re-setting the parameters, or creating a new template, it works.
I couldn't make much of these error messages. Anyway, seems like we need to recreate all the templates.
Thank you!

Hello Ralf,
If all of the templates are giving errors then it is something to do with your RO CSVI installation. Were these templates imported from any other site? All of these export templates were working before?

I couldn't make much of these error messages. Anyway, seems like we need to recreate all the templates.

If creating new templates works then that would be a way go about.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

I did not transfer to another site, but the whole site to a different directory with a new domain. Including DB transfer. Maybe that's where it happened.
Most templates were only for testing, so maybe better to start from scratch anyway.

Thanks,
Ralf

Yes probably this is where your templates got corrupted.
