Resolved Category Description Import Problem

I am having some problems importing category descriptions.
I have a csv file with category_path and category_description. Doing a category import the categories are created fine, however the descriptions are not saved. I have also been trying to have the image paths included. Is this with file_url?
I have attached the csv file. Your time and help is greatly appreciated!

Update: I have found the patch located on a similar thread, and have the category_description working. However the file_url for the category image is still not working.

Hello,
Send the debug log of the import to check the problem with file_url. To know how to get the debug log, check Where to get the debug information? section on top of the page.

My mistake.
It appears they aren't updating because I had no image files uploaded. I was under the impression it would update the file_url and then you could use the Update Media function in VM to reload the images. Thank you for the help!
