Hello,
If you want to import categories for multiple languages, it is needed to read the Setting up a VirtueMart multi-language shop
So it would be better to clean out all the categories and do a clean import as described in the tutorial linked.

i mentioned that when i export the categories in english from export template (thats the right way because in the old site the product categories are in english) and if i try to import those in new site it ends with the failure message COM_CSVI_NO_CATEGORY_PATH_SET without ever starts to count for import proccess...
if i export those in greek language it ends the import without problem but it meshes up the categories(the wrong categories that i wrote above in my previous post).....
how can i import the english version without that message???
i attach english version categories export csv ang error log

i dont want to translate it...i want to export and import in english language....If English is the only language you use it is interesting to see your data is in Greek

imported product the product categories field in product information tab has not the correct categories and subcategories that the product belongs to...You will need to remove the category_id from your file, always use the category_path field. You shouldn't be using any fields ending with _id unless you know what you are doing. In your CSV file the first 675 products have no category path.
Using the category_id will cause the wrong categories to show up.
