Hi Roland!
We are working with CSVI 6.4.1 - Virtuemart 3.0.12. joomla 3.4.8
We have a impot template load from server.
the automatic CSV file( from stocks program) have extension CSV ( with capital letters) and CSVI anwers back with error because it is case-sensitive. It recognizes csv extension but not CSV extension. How I can solve it? Is It possible solve fom CSVI or I need a solution from server tecnhical support or stocks program support?

Hello,
Yes, csvi dont support file extension with capital letters. You can use any File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to connect to server, get to the path where file is kept and change the file extension.
