Hi,

After I install the CSVI 7 on my joomla 3.9.5 I got this error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /home/.../libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php on line 1690

I got 1012M as my memory limit value, so I dont think this would be the error, is there a way to do a better debug of this error?

I know that is not the temp folder access and permissions, because after I got this error, I can see the com_csv folders on the administrator and joomla components.

Any Idea?

Thanks for your advice

Hello Sergio S,
Memory limit value looks fine. What is the max_execution_time set on your server? You can get that value by going to your Joomla administrator menu and using System -> System Information and in PHP Information tab search for max_execution_time. Ask your hosting provider to increase this value and then check CSVI installation.

Also, may i know why you are installing CSVI 7 version when the latest version is 7.11.0?
Kind regards,

Tharuna
