Hello i cannot see my product and no débug file is genrated when i try to upload my CSV file

can i get you access to my back office to let you configure my CSV improved...

can i get you access to my back office to let you configure my CSV improved...
We don't configure your import/export templates as part of regular support. If you want us to setup your system, that will be done as extra work.

and no débug file is genrated when i try to upload my CSV file
