Hello,
The problem is not with the CSVI import but with the remote image URLs. If i paste the image URLs check the image URLs on the browser it says Timed out error. This error says that the remote server is taking too long to respond or not responding at all. You need to check why your remote server is not sending any response.

Hello Tharuna;
Thank you for your answer
On my side when I paste the address with 'www' or 'https: // www' in my browser the image is displayed right now
Also when I start the import, everything happens very quickly, 3 to 4 seconds to process a file containing 5 lines and statistics show that the images have not been processed (see the attached file)
I don't know where the problem
Thank you for your answer

Hello,
I am still seeing Timeout error for the image URLs. Probably access to these images are blocked from your remote server and your IP must have been whitelisted to access the image.
Yes the log shows that image processing has not happened. Can you load the attached patch file and see if images import for you?

Thank you for this patch;
Unfortunately during the installation I get the following messages:
JInstaller: :Install: can not find an XML initialization file
Error: Can not find an installation package
Something is wrong on my side...
I may have a bad setting somewhere

Hello,
You need to load the patch file via CSV Improved. Tharuna posted the link in her message, click on the blue text that says load the attached patch file and it will explain how to load the patch file.
P.s. I cannot open the images either. It could be that the server is in a location where it is also not allowed to connect to the image server. Just give the patch a test and let us know.

Hello Rolandd ;
I apologize for not having read this message correctly
No problem installing the plugin but still impossible to load the images
the log shows that there is a problem with the images, I will contact the 'comlandi.fr' administrator to find out if he has recently blocked his images
I also include a screen copy that shows the display of the image when I paste the image url in my browser
Kind regards

Hello,
Yes, you may need to find it from your remote server people on the image access as your debug log says that remote image does not exists. For me here it says time out error as in the attached screenshot and so not able to test the import too.

Hello;
I discussed with the administrator of the site that provides the images. Access to images is deliberately blocked for countries other than France and Spain. The administrator has opened me special FTP access to reach these images.
Now I can recover the images on my PC
What is the new value I need to give to "file_url" to successfully import to my remote site?
For example, if the image is in the C: \ Users \ Inès \ Desktop \ Website \ ImageName.jpg directory ?
I can not do it for now
Thank you for your help

Hello,
You cannot connect images from your local computer to your site. What you need to do is, upload all these images to default VirtueMart image location images/stories/virtuemart/product on your site and use image name in file_url field in your import file. This way CSVI will connect your image to product. Have a look at import VirtueMart images document for details.
