Resolved Cannot select Categories on Export template

Hi
I have an issue with creating a Hikashop Order Export template.
Specifically, in Options the system doesn't recognise any of the Hikashop Categories. When I start typing the name of a category there is no option shown.
Can you help me resolve this please?

Thank you for the insight. Client had failed to explain, and I had failed to look carefully enough at where these products had been filed AND THAT THE CLIENT HAD UNPUBLISHED THEM!
