Resolved Cannot save field mapper

Hi;

The save and save & close button does not work, after i've mapped some fields, in the field mapper. Cancel does work.

I have applied the patch i've found on https://csvimproved.com/forum?view=topic&catid=44&id=33157, but that does not make a difference.

I have attached a screendump from firebug. Hopefully one of you can help me with this one,

Hello Ton,

I have applied the patch
That patch is already part of CSVI since version 6.6.0.

There is nothing for us to fix here. As you can see in the error, you have a field name with dots in it. This generates an invalid label ID. That is what breaks the Javascript.

However, the real cause is that your fields are looking wrong. You should not have values in the field mapper but the actual column names. So instead of a real email address, your file should have something like Email as header in the file you load. You can make a dummy entry as first row as well, just to be able to match them with CSVI names.

Thanks! I misinterpreted the error line in firebug. Problem solved!
