Resolved Cannot Backup Template

Try to use developer tools to analyze problems document and see if you get the full information on the error. Can you post a screenshot of it?

Hello,
You seem to have VirtueMart debug enabled and so you are seeing logs messages from Virtuemart, you can disable it on VirtueMart Configuration page -> Shop, at the bottom you can set it to no debug.

The error in the message you posted shows "No templates have been selected to backup. At least one template must be selected to be able to run the backup." . It looks like you haven't selected any template for backup. Please check the template name and try taking the backup.

Noted for the VM Debug, disabled.

For the error, i'm indeed selecting a template (if you don't select one you get a notice from CSVI), but the issue is there.

In that case the error shown is not giving us the full information on where the execution is breaking. It also shows 500 error in your screenshot. Please have a look at 500 error document and see if you can get any information on the error from your server error logs.

Can you check the permissions of your tmp folder? The error message says it cannot find the file so i guess it was not able save the file.

Checked the permission is 755. Btw, the folder is empty.
