Hello.
I just installed the csvi extension and when I try to install the add-ons (e.g. plg_csviaddon_virtuemart_csvi_6.4.2.zip) it keeps bringing me to a white screen with black letters saying Internal Server Error 500.
I didn't find a com_csvi folder in my tmp folder. I created one gave it full access but still the same Error 500 pops up.
What should I do?

Hello,

I think the 500 error happens because of the update of the available fields. The installation has worked so you can use CSVI but when you go to Maintenance -> Available Fields and click Update I think the same error happens.

As Tharuna has linked the 500 error document, you will see that we need to find out the real error to know what happens. Once you know that we can look further.
