Resolved Can't export

Hello,
Your server is not able to export the records in given time limit and so the error. Since you are on VPS server you can try increasing maximum execution time which can be set in template settings. Click on Advance button, find tab called Limits, set Override system limits to Yes and set a maximum execution time in there. See if that helps if not you may need to contact your hosting provider to increase the maximum execution time.

One other option is to export data in batches, In export template setting on File tab use From record and To record fields to set number of records to retrieve in export.

I would recommend to check if your export works before changing those numbers. To do that try to export only few records by setting From and To records fields on File tab in template settings. Export around 10 records by setting From record value as 1 and To record value to 11, save the template and run the export. If the export does not works for these fewer records then override system limits in template is not going to help.

Those values are empty because they are not used unless set by user. Default value for Maximum execution time is 30 seconds on servers. You need a value more than 30 seconds. You don't have to set anything for Maximum amount of memory. It is generally maximum execution time limit that generated this error.

You cannot have such big numbers especially with server settings. By setting to 1500 seconds you are running your server for about 25 minutes using all the server resources which is not good. If export of 10 records works then you can try to increase the To field number and see where the export breaks.

You mean 40 seconds? From what i can see Override limits do not work on your server. You need to contact your hosting provider to change the maximum execution time and they should be able to help you.

I have one more request for example the eshop have 10000 products but every day we have to export all products then change a stock and again import that file…
Is it possible to export only the products which sold (or products which change state) the previous 2,3,4 days (of course set the date)???

You did not tell us which VirtueMart export operation you are using so answering for VirtueMart Product and VirtueMart Order export operations.

1. With VirtueMart Product operation there is no option to export sold products but you can filter on the Stock level. You can check this filter on Options tab in your export template.
2. With VirtueMart Order template you can set the date filters on Options tab in template settings. Again this export does not have any specific filter for sold products.

There is no specific filter to export only the sold products. As i said earlier only way to export stock changed products is by setting stock level filter in Product export template.
