Can not get my import file to be uploaded. Joomla version, 3.6.5. Virtuemart 3
When I try to process it, I get the following:
This preview shows how CSVI reads your file, not how the file is imported. The fields you see here are not validated yet, that will happen once you start the import. In case your file contains unsupported fields, CSVI will skip them during import as it will not know how to handle them.
Import file contains 1085 lines
No supported fields have been found in the import file

Hello Don Reese,
You need to give us more information on what you are trying to import. Looking at your site shows that you have created a template to do custom table import and so probably you are seeing error of unsupported fields. The path you have pasted for your file is your local path and we wont be able to access or get your file with it. But by looking at the file name it looks like you are trying to do product import. If yes, please have a look at VirtueMart product document to know on how to do the import. Follow the instructions given on Import tab in the document to complete your import process. If you have any issues post the debug log and your import file to check. To know on how to get debug log, have a look at Where to get the debug information? section on top of this page.

I followed the tutorial exactly and still get no results. I sent you the login info to come in to the back end of my computer'

Hello,
I don't want the screenshot of the file, please post the original file as an attachment so i can test it here. Can you also send me your import template XML? To get template XML file go to CSVI maintenance page, Select CSVI Pro on first option and Backup template on second option. Select your template and click continue. Download the XML file and post it here.

These are the details i wanted, thank you for posting them :)

So trying to import your file on your site, there don't seem to be any issue, see attached. The screenshot you had sent us where the import says there no supported fields available also shows that the import has 1085 lines. The one you sent us has only three lines. Hoping that this file is a part of the original file.

Can you try import with the file you sent us and see if it works?
