Dear Roland,
Today I noticed I was having problems with updates to some articles. Since Joomla hadn't reported updates to RO CSVI for a while, I went to your site and saw that the latest version is 8.22, while my sites are on 8.17.
First, I checked whether the update links were active in Joomla, and I confirm that they are.
So, something is not working on your site or in Joomla.
Joomla version 5.3.3

Lorenzo

Dear Roland
I manually uploaded version 9.0.0 and everything worked fine.
The automatic update worked.
Unfortunately, I have to open another ticket due to cron issues.
Best regards
Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo,
This is a bit of a difficult issue to understand. It certainly does not happen for everybody as we can see users updating using the Joomla Updater. If you clear the update cache and look for updates, do you get any errors or just no updates? One user mentioned that the URL was blocked in their firewall. Which URLs do you have in your system for updates?
We release a new version every month, so you can be sure there are updates. The question is if the URL https://rolandd.com/updates/rocsvi is accessible from your server. So not from your computer but from the server where you want to run the updates.
Let us know how it goes.

Roland, I didn't have time, so I updated manually yesterday.
Now I'm having a problem with the export templates.
I'll open a ticket and let you know about the updates.
Best regards
Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo,
Roland, I didn't have time, so I updated manually yesterday. That is fine, tomorrow we will release RO CSVI 9.0.0. It might be a good time to see if your website can see and offer the update.
Kind regards,

Hi Lorenzo,
Yesterday I had another look at this issue and I found a typo. That has been fixed now and I believe you should be seeing updates again now.
