Hi Roland

When exporting orders we noticed that addresses with apostrophe are not welcome.

Example: Farman L'Horloge

Strange characters show instead of the ' just in case you want to check.

Hello Manuel,

Can you send me the export file with an apostrophe in it? I am not aware of any issues unless you open the file in Excel as non-UTF8, that is an Excel issue not reading the file correctly.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

Email received and the issue is not with CSVI but with how the name is stored. The apostrophe is stored as an HTML entity, so that is what CSVI exports. A replacement rule can be used to change the apostrophe back to what it really is.
Kind regards,

RolandD
