Hello,

I hadn´t needed to upload anything after the new update in December, and now I find the following error:

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.

Cannot process file var/www/vhost/nameofmysite/home/html/joomla/tmp/com_csvi/3327348712/BMW.csv
ERROR.jpg ROUTE.jpg

Some idea what's happening?

All done Tharuna.

The problem that the path of the temporary folder was badly written on the server.

I fixed it in System - Global configuration - server.

Sorry and thanks you

Hello,
What if you create a fresh Joomla instance and install only CSVI Pro? Check the export and import in this fresh installation.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

nothing changes...
I have tried to install and uninstall CSVI, I have removed the browser blockers, I have disabled the antivirus, I tested in another browser, I have even logged in to a different computer, but none of this works. I keep getting the same error from the beginning, and I am not able to download the .xml file.
I don't know what's more things I can do...

Hello,
You can change the domain name settings from CSVI Dashboard page >> Options >> Site tab. Is that what you are looking for?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Your computer's settings must be blocking the download of file. You need to check on that. This is not a CSVI issue.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

I'm really sorry but nothing is downloaded in my browser.
I have tried with chrome and firefox.
When I go to CSVI Pro - Backup templates - Download, the program is processed and I see the screen to check the procedure (debugs), but at no time in the process a download is made.

Hello,
When you do the backup of your template, you get option of either to download or save or server as in attached image. If your option is Download, you can get the XML file on your computer. Can you post the downloaded XML file?

Hello,
If the temporary folder is not created an error will be thrown that 'Cannot create tempory folder'. You don't seem to see this error. Do you?

Can you post a copy of your template? You can create a copy of your template from CSVI Maintenance page, select CSVI Pro in first dropdown and Backup templates in second dropdown and select your import template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Both the tmp folder and the com_csvi folder have the following permissions: read, write and execute in owner and group mode and the permissions to read and execute in public mode.
The folder referred to in the error does not exist, I think the problem is that the new folder is not created for reading, but I do not know how to solve this.

Hello,
When you upload a import file, CSVI writes the file temporarily to a location in tmp/com_csvi folder and then reads the file from there. As per your error and screenshots, there is no folder 3327348712 under tmp/com_csvi which has been created. Can you check if there is a folder 3327348712 in tmp/com_csvi? If not can you check the permission of the tmp folder?
Kind regards,

Tharuna
