Hello!

I use this plugin to Virtuemart to update products.

When i want to import, this message comes:

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.

Status error: 500

Explanation: This error means that something has gone wrong but the server does not want to tell you what exactly happened. The only way to find out is to ask your hosting provider for the error message in the error log. For further information you can check the 500 Internal Server Error document on our site. Without the real error we will not be able to help you.

Status message: Internal Server Error

This started ti happen a few weeks ago. I didn't change anything, so I can't understand what went wrong.
I contacted the hosting provider, and he said that to me:

I only found this in Error log!

Joomla version: 3.8.10
CSVI Pro version: 6.6.4
Virtuemart addon version: 6.6.4

Hello,
Your CSVI version is incompatible with the Joomla version and so the error. You should either update your CSVI to latest version or use an older Joomla version to run CSVI 6.6.4 version. I would recommend you to update your CSVI in this case.

Hello!

But I updated Joomla because the error.

Before we used an older version of Joomla, and the error came suddenly. We just hoped it would be better if we upgrade Joomla, but unfortunately updating didn't repaired anything. Now we try to update CSVI Pro.

I updated CSVI Pro and Joomla to the latest version, and now it seems to work with the latest version of CSVI Pro.
