Hello,
Updated today to CSVI Pro 7.0.2 on Jooma 3.6.5 and Virtuemart 3.0.18
When importing Virtuemart user info I get a 500 internal server error.
Server error log says:
[Tue Jan 24 16:16:21.400424 2017] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 22133:tid 139903853573888] [client 82.233.112.232:54338] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Notice: Undefined variable: query in /home/afesa/domains/http://afesa.com/public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart/model/import/userinfo.php on line 475\nPHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function delete() on a non-object in /home/afesa/domains/http://afesa.com/public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart/model/import/userinfo.php on line 475\n', referer: http://www.afesa.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=import

I attach hereby the CSV file and the CSVI log file.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Something i noticed with your import file is that you are having id fields which is not recommended to be used as they are database primary key field of the database table and you are also missing required fields for the user info import. Please have a look at import VirtueMart users document to know on the required fields for the import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Thank you, that seems to have solved the problem.
I suppose it will included in the next upgrade?

Yes, this will be included in our next release.

About your second reply: I am aware of that.
However, this is not a fresh import, but a correctional one.
The CSV file is built from a CSVI export file, indeed to avoid ID problems.
Please let me know if my reasoning is still not correct.

The id fields are avoided so CSVI decides if the record has to be inserted or updated using the required fields of an import. If there is an id field then it is always an update. Since you are aware of that then it should not be a problem.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Please note that not all of the user fields are in the CSV file, as it is a correctional import.
Could that be the problem?

That should not be the problem. Can you try to load the attached patch file and see if you can run the import?

Hello Tharuna,

I should have thought of it, sorry.
Nevertheless, after upgrading the plugin the problem persists:

I attach the log and the CSV file.

Could that be the problem?

Hello,
You seem to have updated only CSVI component to 7.0.2 version and have not updated CSVI VirtueMart addon. You need to update VirtueMart addon to solve this error.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
