Joomla 3.8.6
PHP 7.2.7
Virtuemart 3.2.12
CSVI Pro 7.7.0
I continue to see this error when importing:
HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
C:\Program Files\PHP\v7.2\php-cgi.exe - The worker process must shutdown now or configuration has changed
I have tried increasing the request timeout, activity timeout, and max_execution_time in the php config settings but this has not solved the issue.
The price update file I am trying to import is not that large (23kb), and I have had no problem importing a file with just a single product .
Do you have any suggestions for what else I can try?

Hello,
You need to find what is causing this 500 error. To get those details check your server error logs and post it here so we can check. You can also take a look at 500 internal server error document which explains the causes for the error.

Hello,
This error seems to look like something wrong with your PHP setup and nothing to do with CSVI.

Hello,
As the 500 document explains, you should be checking the server error log, that should have an entry telling us what the real error is. This looks like a server configuration problem. Have you tried setting the number of Lines per import to a lower number? You can do this on the Limit tab after clicking on the Advanced button in the top left corner.

Hello,
That is the line from the access log and not the error log. The only thing this line tells us is the URL that is accessed and that it ended in a 500 error. Please check the server error log instead for the actual error.
