Resolved 500 Internal Server Error and no Solution so far ...

Hi

I have a 500 Internal Server Error and try to fix it.

Permissions: Which directories does this affect? I have checked both the temp directory and all com_csvi related folders. The permissions seem to be correct.
I have also worked through all the other solutions (php version, SEF URLs, BOM etc.). Unfortunately without success.

What else can I do?

Can you give us more details on the import? Which import gets you 500 error?

Hello Christoph,
If you are on RO CSVI 8.11.2 version then there is a known error with Joomla contact import with custom fields. If so please load the attached patch file and run the import. See if patch file solves the 500 error.

Thank you for confirming patch is working. This fix will be included in upcoming RO CSVI release.

Every time I think I've understood the basics of the component, something new comes along ;-)

That is part of learning process and also helps us to improve our extension :D
