Resolved 443 connection refused

so after a while of import arrounf 3000 item i get an error of 443 connection refused
how i can fix this please?

Import of images must be taking too long and so there is an error after 3000 items. Try running the import as cron job and that should solve the error. Check Setting up a cron job using RO CSVI document.

and i have set the limit to 50 records
still no success

In such a case, server is stopping the connection as there may be too many requests in given time. You need to contact your hosting provider about the server limits.

my host or the host that images (path of xml) are hosted?

You need to contact the people from the server you are being blocked. In this case the company that is responsible for paperpack.blob.core.windows.net. Ask them what limitations they have so you can configure your import accordingly.
