You see 403 forbidden error when you don't have access to a page. Are you seeing this error only when accessing CSVI pages? If yes, check if CSVI is not blocked by any firewall on your server.

i dont believe there is blocked by any firewall.
all other settings of csvi are accesible and editable. i can save any other changes in csvi except for this field mapper.
Please check the server error log to see what error is generated. There must be some kind of server setting preventing the form to be posted. If we know the error we know where to look.
