Hi

When visiting an export url of HTML in frontend we get these error:

"0 - Error: 0

0
The file Cache Storage is not supported on this platform.

We have not changed anything recently in CSVIpro but our hosting had technical issues recently and I'm pretty sure is their fault for changing something, for what I found in google it has do to with permissions in folders.

Can you tell me what folders need permission or what can I tell them to make the HTML frontend export show again?

I pressed "Homepage" in the error page that appears and got also:

Error deleting com_csvi.log.5525.php
Error deleting csvi.log.5526.php
×
Error

Cannot write to log file.

Hello,

I saw the same error the other day when I tried to install a new Joomla version. In the configuration.php this is usually set
	public $cache_handler = 'file';
I think I removed the word file and then it continued but later had to put it back. As you said, this is nothing related to CSVI.

In every installation folders need to be 755 and files 644.
Kind regards,

RolandD
