You only asked for the login credentials without mentioning they do not work in your initial post, so it did not occur to me they might not work. As such, these things can happen on a demo site with an extension like ours. I have cleaned it all up and you can now login with the pre-filled credentials. We do clean up the site periodically as well via an automated job but if it happens just after an automated clean up it is a bit unfortunate.
