Looking for an extension that will allow my charity to do two things (currently using Joomla):
[*]

  • Export all users in a particular usergroup to text/csv/excel, permit us to add to the list or delete from it and then reupload; and
    • Export the entire user list, delete the inactive ones and upload into a new instance of Joomla.

We think that we might be able to use this product too for exporting existing articles and importing them to the new Joomla site.

Hello,
Yes you can use RO CSVI to export and import users and articles. RO CSVI comes with standard migration templates which can be used for moving records. Check Migrate Joomla data using RO CSVI migration templates document to know about these templates. You can also run sample import and export on our demo site.
