What is needed to export users from a Joomla 3.10.12 and import to a new Joomla 4 website?
I have 950 + members and do not want to lose users info and passwords on my new site for the club.

Do you provide a service to move members info? If so send a price I might be interested. The new site is just getting started today.

What is needed to export users from a Joomla 3.10.12 and import to a new Joomla 4 website?

You need to buy RO CSVI subscription to download RO CSVI package. Once you install this package on both your Joomla 3 site and Joomla 4 site using Migration templates which comes with RO CSVI you can move Joomla users.

Do you provide a service to move members info? If so send a price I might be interested. The new site is just getting started today.

We provide support for import and export but do not do the import or export ourselves. Once you have installed the package with migration template and with our support you should be move needed data. Check RO CSVI page for features and price. You can also run a sample import on our demo site.
