Resolved user agent error on import

hello
suddently after years of sync with my vendor
i get an error on image download
Process remote file: https://www.art-et-lumiere.gr/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/0016.jpg
but the image is correct
with further reserch from vendor server they send me this log error

The User agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 is associated with an old version of Firefox: https://www.useragentstring.com/Firefox2.0.0.11_id_16255.php and due to security reasons, we block requests from such outdated User agents.

I suggest that you relay the above to the owner of the IP address who tried making the request and have them check their configuration and make sure that they are sending the requests from a legitimate User agent which is linked to the latest/recent releases of Firefox.

i have the 8.8.0 version
is there a fix on this or this is have fixed on newest version?
