Resolved Unable to download purchased product

I purchased RO CSVI earlier today but the website says I have no active subscriptions and I cannot download the product. I'm probably doing something wrong. What is it? :)

Hello,

You did nothing wrong but where it went wrong is that the feedback from PayPal did not go through. I just updated your account manually and you should be able to login and download the extension.
