1. I want to import Joomla userts from a csv file generated from vTiger (or is there a plugin for vTiger?). The import should update existing Joomla users and add new user accounts. To avoid duplicates, the import would have to check existing data. Can I decide which fields to use for a duplicate check (ie username, email or name), or is this fixed somehow?
2. I use j2store webhop, and want to mail customers using queries like for instance:
«Customers who purchased product A, B or C year 2019 or 2020, but not this year».
Could the j2store integration somehow make that possible?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in RO CSVI. Let me answer your questions.

  1. RO CSVI supports importing users. There is no specific support for vTiger but we use a mapping feature which makes it more universal. Let's say you have a CSV file with the columns emailaddress, loginname and fullname. These are column names not known to Joomla. With our mapping feature you can map emailaddress to email, loginname to username and fullname to name. These are just 3 example fields, the same can be done for any field of course. RO CSVI does update existing users and create new ones if the email address matches or not. This check is fixed because Joomla forces an emailaddress to be unique. One more thing to note, RO CSVI does not send out any user emails. If you want to email these users, this should be done in another way.
  2. This is more touching on reporting capabilities rather than just exporting. We do have some filters on the order export as you can see on our demo site. It is possible to build your own override export but this does require programming skills.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Thanks. And the price is EUR 72,95 if I want the component with j2store integration? Or do you have to buy the component AND the integration?

Hello,

The price is 72.95 excluding tax if applicable and is for the component and all add-ons. There is no distinction between which integration you use.
Kind regards,

RolandD
