Resolved RO CSVI - Hikashop customers data import

Hi, If I buy a RO CSVI license - how long is the subscription period during which I can download updates ?

I would like to use RO CSVI to import customers data to Hikashop (I mean update data of existing customers) , including billing and shipping addresses as well as telephone and VAT ID. Importing data I would like to update existing data and fill in missing data but not create additional new addresses - Hikashop allow to create many billing and shipping addresses but I want to have only one billing and one shopping address. I don’t want to add new addresses by data import but update existing ones. Is it possible ?

I am using Hikashop address custom fields – I understand it is also possible to import values to these fields not only to “native” addresses fields ?

Thank you for your interest in our product. Your subscription will be for one year during which you are free to download any upgrades to the software. You can check on our Subscription questions document for more clarification.

Yes this is possible. You can update the existing address details in HikaShop using RO CSVI. There are few needed fields RO CSVI needs in import file, with these fields RO CSVI checks the database for the existing records and updates them. You can check HikaShop Customer import document for details on the needed fields.

Yes, you can also import values to address custom fields using HikaShop Customer import.
