With RO CSVI can I export articles for a specific category from Joomla and import into Joomla 4? Will information such as intro/full image, creation, publication dates, meta text etc all be imported?

Hello,
Yes you can export articles in RO CSVI and import them into Joomla 4 installation. We have migration template which comes with RO CSVI installation. Check Migrate Joomla data using RO CSVI migration templates document on details.

You can also run a sample export/import on our demo site
