My last subscription was almost a year ago...
Do you offer some discount to clients to renew subscription...?

Hello,

We do offer a discount for renewals but only before your subscription is expired. We do send out reminders before your subscription expired. In your case it has been more than a year since it expired, so this is too long ago to qualify for a discount.
