Resolved Product query - pre purchase

Hi
Im building a Joomla 4 with Virtumart 4 website, and i have a CSV file with more than 800 products with all the details inc url for images.

would your product be able to import and create the categories or should i do some manual things?

would your product also create the menu in the template and link it to Virtuemart or should i do that?

what if it didn't do the job for me can i request refund?

please clarify.

Yes RO CSVI can create categories on import. You don't have to do it manually.

would your product also create the menu in the template and link it to Virtuemart or should i do that?

You need to run a separate import to create menu items. Check Import of Joomla menu items using RO CSVI document for details.

what if it didn't do the job for me can i request refund?

There is no refund once the product has been downloaded. You can run sample import on our demo server before doing the purchase.
