Due to unfortunate circumstances we are unable to use RO CSVI. Please refund our subscription to RO CSVI.

Hello Donald,

Upon purchase you agreed with the Terms of Service which state that a refund is not possible once the software has been downloaded regardless of the circumstances. However I do not want to be so strict so I will send the refund minus the transaction fee.
