Which PHP Version is necessary?
My "old" Joomla Website is with PHP 5.6 - I´m going to create a new "blank" Site with Joomla 4 - is this possible?

Hello,
You did not mention the RO CSVI extension you want to use.

For RO CSVI the minimum PHP version needed is 7.1. Please check RO CSVI requirements page on supported versions.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

For your old website, you will need to use an older version of RO CSVI, one that still runs on PHP 5.6 and the new website you can use the current version. Which data do you want to move from the old site to the new site?
Kind regards,

Hello Karl,
There are two ways to handle the images
1. You can download the images to your local computer from old site and upload it to your new site location using FTP client and using RO CSVI import link the article and images.
2. You can use full URL with domain name of your old site with path to the image like http://domainname.com/images/image1.jpg and RO CSVI can download the image to your new site and link to the article.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
