Resolved No data has been found for the selections made

Hello, I am trying to export products from Virtuemart, by using a template form previous version of RO CSVI, which I imported on my version (8.6.1).
I run the template but I get an empty .csv "No data has been found for the selections made"
I attach the debug, I have checked all options and I have not included any filters.

Hello,
Your RO CSVI subscription expired and support is given to issues with active subscription. But in your case it is a bug in RO CSVI code so I am attaching the patch file for the export to work. Load the attached patch file and check the export.

Hello, the patch solved the issue, but nw I have issues with import of exactly the same fields.
I have the following error

Error
No column headers have been found in the file

I am using RO CSVI 8.6.1, do you think that is a problem of the version I have ?
I attach log and and image of fields of the template.

Hello,

As Tharuna mentioned your subscription has expired, this is not a support section but a pre-sale section. If you are looking for support an active subscription is required.

The issue you have is not a problem with your version but something is not right with your import file or your template settings. You will have to look at that to resolve the issue.
