Resolved My tags import and article tag import are not working properly

This is not a presale question... that was my only choice even though I am logged in.
HI, I exported tags from J3 and imported them into J4 and it appeared to work. But now when i try to make a change to the tag I get the following message:

danger
Save failed with the following error:

and there is no error listed!

When I try to import articles with tags, some appear and some dont within the same article and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for which do and dont appear.

i import them as
headache|bodyache|sweating

any thoughts?

I figured it out. for some reason the tags came in with an LGT but not an RGT filled in. I filled those in and then it worked.

You do not have other options because your RO CSVI subscription expired on February 22nd 2023. Please renew it to get support on issues.

I figured it out. for some reason the tags came in with an LGT but not an RGT filled in. I filled those in and then it worked.

Yes tags need both lft and rgt values. Glad to know you figured it out.
