Resolved Long error in Run

Hi,
3 years ago I used your module to extract products in SCV format from an e-commerce site.
Today I tried to launch Run, and it gave me a very long list of errors while performing the operation.
The attached photos show only three excerpts from a long list.
What should I do to resolve this?

Hello,
We support issues only for users with active subscription. You are using RO CSVI version from 3 years ago which is outdated and so these errors. The current latest version is RO CSVI 9.2.0 and it runs on Joomla 5/6. For Joomla 3/4 the last supported version is RO CSVI 8.22.1. You need to update to these versions and check.
