Resolved Login blocked??

I have just purchased, CSVI, downloaded and installed. I tried to login to look at other downloads and am told I am blocked, and I can't change my pwd, also blocked. Both your welcom emails went into my Spam at gmail order id 1900318317
Please unblok so I can work. Thankyou
