Do you have an active RO CSVI Subscription? The username or email you have used for creating this post does not show in the list of active subscriptions. Without a subscription there is no support provided for the extension.
that's right, the product has been bought by one of our clients for his project which i am working on, now, i don't have access to the the related subscription, i was hoping to get a quick tip or a notice if i ever have skipped something as a matter of saving time, if its not that case, i have to refer the problem to the client for tracking the issue.
This is not a direct issue and something specific with your template. We need your import debug log to check the issue. So use your RO CSVI subscription and post the debug log and import file to check. To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document.
