my website contains a directory supplied by SAP with pdf files in it.

i d like to create content with the article name = name of the pdf File
the content of that article has to be a link to the pdf file (something like
<a href="540005120.DE.DE.pdf.pdf>540005120</a> )

before i buy i'd like to know wether this is possible

Hello,

RO CSVI cannot read the names of files from a folder on your server. What you can do is create an import file where the title is the name of the PDF file. In addition create a rule that copies the title into the introtext field and a second rule that changes the title into a link.

In the template you can add the rest of the fields like category_path and state. The category is required because Joomla articles need a category. The state field is to set it published. Of course you can add any other article field as well that you may want.

The alias is created automatically based on the title.
