Resolved inlog en download issue

hallo roland,

ik kan niet de download plegen.
en sorry, alleen pres sale mogelijkheid.
na keuze ro payments kwam ik wederom in de checkout, welleswaar met 0 euro, dacht dat het niet goed ging en heb dat afgebroken.
nu lukt het niet meer en moet telkens opnieuw inloggen.
download kan alleen door opnieuw af te rekenen.
wat deed ik fout en hoe gaat het wel lukken.

Hi Erik,

Bedankt voor de bestelling. De pre-sales is prima hoor maar vervelend dat je niet bij de Downloads kan.

Nu heb ik je account nagekeken en ik zie er geen problemen mee. Als je naar https://rolandd.com/downloads/category/ro-payments gaat, zie je dan geen Download knop?

Wellicht, als je Chrome gebruikt dat die wat roet in het eten gooit maar met een andere browser zoals Firefox zou het dan wel moeten lukken. We zijn nog aan het uitzoeken waarom Chrome browser zoals Chrome en Edge af en toe problemen geven. We dachten dat het opgelost was maar niet voor iedereen.

Laat maar even weten of het lukt.
